Weekly Timetable

  First class £10 | Drop in  £13 | Block of 5 classes £55 | Bloc of 10 classes £100 | Kids Yoga Class £7

When you attend a class with us 50% of your payment goes to help us run our centre - 25% for our rent and 25% to a funding pot ( MahaDevi Fund) to help support families who cannot afford yoga therapy for their child.

Every move on the mat is a gift. Your practice supports theirs and we thank you dearly for showing up and helping us help others!

 7:00PM - 8:15PM Hatha (Open Level) with Denisa

A class for those who have already build a bit of regular yoga practice. The class will include pranayama, invigorating asanas and deep relaxation. Variations and adjustments will be offered for  those wanting to go deeper or needing to go more gentle with their practice.

A gentle yoga class for all those new to yoga. The class is easy going, relaxed and yet energising leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged.  We would cover proper asana, proper breathing, importance of positive mental attitude and importance of proper relaxation.
