When you attend a class with us 50% of your payment goes to help us run our centre - 25% for our rent and 25% to a funding pot ( MahaDevi Fund) to help support families who cannot afford yoga therapy for their child.

Every move on your mat is a gift. Your practice is theirs too. Thank you !

MONDAY

 7:45 - 8:45AM Hatha (Open Level) 

A class for everyone - new or old to yoga. The class will include pranayama,  invigorating asanas and lush relaxation. Variations and adjustments will be offered to those needing to go deeper or needing to go more gentle with their practice. Class length is shorter in order to accommodate for the busy London lifestyle but still offer enough time for a person to dive into their practice and come out refreshed and recharged ready for the day ahead.

 7:00 - 8:15PM Hatha (Open Level) 

Invigorating Monday evening class that is open to those who wish to explore the practice a bit deeper. The class is characterised by sequences and holdings. Postures (asanas) are given for various abilities so everyone can participate. The class is  meditative and peaceful and it includes concentration practices, breathing techniques and a long relaxation.

 

 

TUESDAY

7:45am - 8:45am Hatha (Open Level) 

This class is an uplifting and energising morning practice open to everyone  new or old to yoga. . The class consists of  Hatha yoga, pranayama, chanting and relaxation.

5:30pm - 6:15pm KIDS YOGA  4-6yrs

A fun creative yoga class for all those little heart between 5 and 8 years old. We would learn asanas breathing and learn how to not only make our bodies strong but also relaxed . 

Class is £7 per child

7:00pm - 8:15pm Hatha Yoga for Beginners

A gentle yoga class designed specifically for all those new to yoga. We would learn the basics  of yoga and all its elements. The class is easy going, relaxed and yet energising leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged.  We would cover proper asana, proper breathing, importance of positive mental attitude, importance of proper relaxation and meditation.   

 

WEDNESDAY

7:45am - 8:45am Hatha (Open Level) 

. A  perfect way to start the day.  The class will include pranayama,  invigorating asana, and lush relaxation. Variations and adjustments will be offered to those needing to go deeper or needing to go more gentle with their practice. THURSDAY

7:15pm - 8:30pm Hatha (Open Level)

This class will focus  on deepening your practice. We would tap into the more esoteric side of yoga practices and focus on developing a greater understanding of yoga and its richness. We would work with more complex asana flow and more advanced pranayama practices.We would dedicate more time to meditation and raja yoga.  

7:00pm - 8:15pm Hatha Yoga  for Beginners

A gentle yoga class designed specifically for all those new to yoga. We would learn the basics  of yoga and all its elements. The class is easy going, relaxed and yet energising leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged.  We would cover proper asana, proper breathing, importance of positive mental attitude, importance of proper relaxation and meditation.

 

FRIDAY

6:30pm - 7:30pm Hatha Yoga  for Beginners

A classical Hatha Yoga class that welcomes people of all ability. This class is especially designed for those new to the practice or those returning after a break. Also, we welcome those more advanced students looking for a gentler practice to help wind down and 'kick start' the weekend.

Ben's classes are based on traditional Himalayan Hatha Yoga and are steeped in devotional and meditative practices. 

SUNDAY

6:30pm - 7:30pm  Yoga by candle light

Last  Sunday of the month

 

 

7:45pm - 9:00pm  Hatha Yoga Open Level

A Classical Hatha Yoga class suitable of all abilities. This open level class provides a space for students to deepen their practice on both a physical and spiritual level. 

Ben's traditional Himalayan Hatha Yoga class is especially designed for those seeking more challenge and adventure. 

 

4:45pm - 6:00pm Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy is an exciting time but it may also be very overwhelming as your hormones have you on a roller coaster of emotions. Prenatal yoga is here to help you ride your way through the wave of feelings and constant changes. You will learn to ease tension and stress and promote relaxation, while deeply connecting you with your little baby. Our approach to prenatal yoga is not only here to support the body and mind but also to awaken your inner power by moving you inward, directly and deeply connecting you with your womb, your centre of creation.
